I have been ordering from World of Books website for months now. Absolutely love them. So to say I was thrilled when they said they had app available, is understatement. But their are a few things that make it a bit difficult to use. 1)When something is sold out, sometimes you can't get it to delete from your cart. 2)It freezes and shuts me out quite a bit. 3)I will add books to my cart and go to my cart to review and make an order, and it says I have no books in the cart. That's why it's a 3.

I'm ordering loads. Gonna need a bigger shelf. Huge range of books, many hard to find elsewhere. Good customer service too. I've told all my friends who read about them. I just wish they didn't use Royal Mail - their tracking and app is so frustrating. There are better, more reliable, and easier to use carriers available.

unfortunately, every time I try to favourite or purchase a book, the app crashes. I want to use the app as an easy way to keep my wishlist up to date but there's still no improvement to the app crashing. waiting for an update, please! it's been like this for months now.
