I'd give 5 stars if they had better tracking on purchases! Once you place an order there's no way to track it. No way to see where its at, if its been shipped, or when its expected to arrive. Their "chat" feature is as helpfull as a spec of dust on the floor. There's a button that says "track shipment" but when you click it, it leads you to another page with a button that says "track with shop". Click that button and it leads you to a link to download Shopify. Check the reviews for Shopify.🙄

Two orders in a row they've send an incorrect book in my order. While they give you a refund, you have to jump through hoops for it and they refuse to send you the book you ordered as an alternative. On the first order they even had the audacity to tell me that the incorrect book I received was, in fact, correct. Despite the fact that my invoice and their own site proved otherwise. Cheap prices, but incredibly cheap customer service. Will be going back to eBay instead.

I have been ordering from World of Books website for months now. Absolutely love them. So to say I was thrilled when they said they had app available, is understatement. But their are a few things that make it a bit difficult to use. 1)When something is sold out, sometimes you can't get it to delete from your cart. 2)It freezes and shuts me out quite a bit. 3)I will add books to my cart and go to my cart to review and make an order, and it says I have no books in the cart. That's why it's a 3.
