Entrust’s IDVaaS solution allows remote verification of an individual’s claimed identity for immigration, border management, or digital services delivery. This innovative process utilizes smartphone reading and validation of electronic machine readable travel documents (ePassports or eIDs), combined with ability to remotely access the trusted biometrics for comparison with a live, current facial biometric. IDVaaS builds on Entrust’s 25+ years of digital identity expertise and 50+ years of security innovation. It provides an ability to remotely verify that the individual is who they say they are, based on an ICAO-compliant eMRTD and a trusted ISO quality biometric matched to the individual.

If only zero was possible. The card and text detection is abysmal, if the NFC reader fails reading the chip it makes you start ALL OVER AGAIN, and if you try more then ~20-30 times, it blocks you for 24h. Trust me, if your software was remotely up to standards, I wouldn't need 20-30 attempts.

I've attempted the ID verification process multiple times (4 times) on the IDVaas app, but each time the photo upload fails, and the verification is unsuccessful. Could you please help identify the issue? It would be great if you could provide guidance on what might be causing the failure, or if there are any specific steps I should follow to ensure a successful verification. Thank you!

Warning: avoid this ID verification app! Helping someone verify their ID, I spent hours trying to take photos that met the app's requirements, but it kept rejecting them. Shocking that the UK government trusts a 3rd party with sensitive data when it's clearly not functioning properly. Multiple reviews echo the same issues, yet nothing's done. Report this app!
