Entrust’s IDVaaS solution allows remote verification of an individual’s claimed identity for immigration, border management, or digital services delivery. This innovative process utilizes smartphone reading and validation of electronic machine readable travel documents (ePassports or eIDs), combined with ability to remotely access the trusted biometrics for comparison with a live, current facial biometric. IDVaaS builds on Entrust’s 25+ years of digital identity expertise and 50+ years of security innovation. It provides an ability to remotely verify that the individual is who they say they are, based on an ICAO-compliant eMRTD and a trusted ISO quality biometric matched to the individual.

worst app ever. Even when you successfully capture the images required it still gives off the 'try again later' error message at the end nullifying any progress made. This is a 0/10 for me.

I don't know how does companies like ets use this kind of a vendor they don't know how to manage their servers properly ,they don't know how to handle errors in their application, they need good developers to develop the application I don't know where they have got their developers from. terrible service. if anybody from ETS is going through this review I would suggest to use hyperverge at least they have better service and they would be charging you the least possible price on the contract

The app never recognizes the document, always complains how the image has quality issues, no matter how you take the photo
