Entrust’s IDVaaS solution allows remote verification of an individual’s claimed identity for immigration, border management, or digital services delivery. This innovative process utilizes smartphone reading and validation of electronic machine readable travel documents (ePassports or eIDs), combined with ability to remotely access the trusted biometrics for comparison with a live, current facial biometric. IDVaaS builds on Entrust’s 25+ years of digital identity expertise and 50+ years of security innovation. It provides an ability to remotely verify that the individual is who they say they are, based on an ICAO-compliant eMRTD and a trusted ISO quality biometric matched to the individual.

I would have left a 0 if I could. It is not working, I can't even take a picture of my passport. It's says 'looking for a document' whilst the document is in frame and in perfect lighting and then it stops looking and shows a pop up to say no document found 🤦‍♀️ I can't believe this is used by the government.

If only zero was possible. The card and text detection is abysmal, if the NFC reader fails reading the chip it makes you start ALL OVER AGAIN, and if you try more then ~20-30 times, it blocks you for 24h. Trust me, if your software was remotely up to standards, I wouldn't need 20-30 attempts.

worst id verification app I've ever seen. Getting past the picture stage is insanely hard, even with everything perfectly in frame, and then the NFC reading can fail, sending you back to the beginning. I haven't managed to get to the face scanning even after 30min of trying
