Constant Issues. Casting doesn't work, it just says error loading video when you try. And now they've disabled any sort of external casting so you can't work around it. Also, the app will randomly decide it doesn't like my network anymore and won't let me login or watch anything. This app worked great a few months ago but is getting dramatically worse every time I use it. If you have any other way to watch rugby, don't waste your time with this app.

this app could be so good, but it's just frustrating. I primarily watch women's rugby and the live coverage often doesn't start on time, so you miss a bunch of the first half, or the live feed cuts off early, and you miss the end of the game. or... like this morning... the live coverage doesn't start at all, and you miss the entire game. It sucks.

the long form articles do not transfer well to the app. Embedded GIFs and video clips do not show and the comment section of articles is not available. I used to go back to the website to read these articles but now it's basically unusable due to pop up google ads taking up most of the page with no option to close them.

Thanks for the feedback. We're addressing any intrusive ads on the website and the good news is that commenting is coming to the App very soon! We're also looking at ways to improve the long form experience, particularly around GIFs.
