Ratings and reviews

The app is mostly OK. The interface is a little clunky, but it gets the job done. But there is no way to turn off the alert sound. So if I report illegal parking and the parking authority takes 13-14 hours to respond (not an exaggeration) the alert goes off in the middle of the night. My ring tone & notification volume is all the way down and do not disturb is on. (Update: after much googling and digging I found the emergency alert setting that was overriding do not disturb)

The app itself is glitchy where I have to refresh a few times because it keeps saying there's no internet even when I'm on my wifi with the router less 5 feet away from me. But in addition the response has gone from ok to flat out terrible. I have complaints still open from months ago because no one ever responded. new complaint today, been well over an hour and no response still. Makes me question if this app is even still active for my area or just wasting up space on my phone

App does not work. My driveway was blocked and I tried using the app and at first it would not load. When it did load it stated there was a similar problem in my area which was not true. Animal control and a noise nuisance have nothing to do with a blocked driveway. As a result, I could never submit my complaint because there was no option to submit it.
