I am aware of what Beta means!!!!! But come on. Put something out that will run somewhat to get some feedback back!!!! Just got off online chat for the third time, and still no mobile app!!! First of all. I live in South Carolina, US....the menus are in some language that I have no clue what they are and can't navigate the app to troubleshoot with tech support. Last time, I was away from the house I opened the app and pushed enough buttons to start a show, it said I could not use this feature.

The old Ultra app no longer worked. I tried to install this app and it has the same problem everyone else described. It won't recognize my login info. I'm very disappointed in this. I liked to be able to access my guide remotely to record shows when away from home. Sounds like it has never worked properly?

Almost every time I attempt to log into my WOW account with this app I get a fail notice. I can't count how many times I have changed my password because of this constant problem. What's worse is that often I get no options for accessing my account when my log in fails. It's like "Nope. Not today." It has cost me money when I have not been able to update my payment method in a timely manner because of the inability do that by chat or phone. The WOW company doesn't seem to care. Useless.
