ELVSS v1.0 is a system designed to ease client's reporting system and help employee to monitor the progress of all report cases effectively via mobile. The app comes with feature that support multiple role such as Administrator, Manager, Engineer and Customer.

App's core features includes:

- Complete mobile app & web based solutions
- Login system to ensure only authorized customer can access to the reporting system.
- Menu Conversion feature allows for easy to navigate optimized mobile menus.
- Set up a customer’s feedback form to leave feedback on your maintenance services. Manage the comments online
- Push notifications send messages to your customers whenever your maintenance team already resolves the issue or need to notify the customer about any relevant matter.
- Auto generated Reporting counter which will ensure all reports are unique and easy for future references by your maintenance team.
- Maintenance Team can track each customer’s progress report from a centralized system.

Just download and install to use the system. Login ID will be provided by respective Account Manager to you via email or other mode of communication.
