About this app

WP Assistant is the customer app that lets you track the maintenance, performance and payments of your WordPress sites from one place. Customers of the WP Assistant service get instant mobile access to everything about their sites.

See your total number of sites, upcoming domain/hosting expirations, and pending or overdue payments at a glance.

• Your Sites
List all your WordPress sites. Domain and hosting expiry dates, pending updates and site status shown as cards. Search and filter by domain.

• Site Detail (tabbed)
A detailed view for each site:
- General info (domain/hosting company and expiry dates, WordPress version, SSL)
- Server & environment details
- Uptime, response times and history
- Monthly maintenance records
- Plugins and update status
- Users, comments and posts

• My Payments
The history of your maintenance, hosting and domain payments. This month's balance, total balance, pending and paid records; partial payments and overdue status.

View your product licenses.

Track the orders of your WooCommerce store.

• Profile & Settings
Update your profile, change your password. Turkish/English/French/Arabic language options, dark mode and notification preferences.

SECURITY & PRIVACY
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The app only uses internet access; it does not access your location, camera or contacts. No ads, no third-party tracking.
