WPsigner is the mobile app for your own WordPress signing setup. Connect the site that has the WPsigner plugin. Documents, signatures, and signed PDFs stay on that site — not in a third-party cloud.

WHO IT IS FOR
Businesses, agencies, and teams that already send contracts from WordPress and need to follow up from a phone: send from a template, remind signers, sign in person, and download the completed PDF.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Open your document inbox and see who is waiting or who already signed
• Send a PDF or image, or send a document from a template
• Place fields, share a signing link, or remind people who have not signed yet
• Sign on this device, or hand the phone over in kiosk mode — you keep the PIN
• Open the audit trail: who signed, when, and where
• Download the signed PDF when the document is complete

HOW YOU CONNECT
Scan the QR code from WordPress (WPsigner → Mobile App) or sign in with your WordPress username and password. The app talks only to your site over HTTPS.

• A WordPress site with WPsigner installed and HTTPS enabled
• A WordPress user who can manage documents

WPsigner does not store your contracts on our servers. Each customer connects their own website.
