Idk why everyone complains about it not running in the background, if you could it would be easy to spoof and mac it out within an hour..
App doesn't record miles correctly! It only records when it feels like it. Waste of time if bugs can't be worked out.
The reviews are true. You can't have any apps running in the background INCLUDING Google maps or it won't record any miles. I drive a lot, was hoping to get some miles recorded and it recorded maybe half of them. So disappointing. I'll keep it a little longer but if I don't get any campaigns soon, it's not worth it. Also, is it just me or were the instructions and FAQ just kind of snide? Like I get they were trying to be cheeky, but if the app doesn't work, total, COMPLETE fail.
I didn't have any of the background issues on my OP3T. But I have driven over 1100 miles, and no campaigns. I guess Charlotte NC isn't a big enough city for them. Uninstalling as it is a huge battery hog.
I've driven over 400 miles in the last week and the app only recorded a little over 5 miles. It's garbage. I even had it open to try and see if there was anything I can do to get it to record the mileage but no luck...
I'm only giving three stars until I get a campaign (just qualified today). I just installed this app the other day and have had no major issues getting it to record mileage. I have the app open (with other apps running in the background) and I have Google Maps open side by side with Wrapify, and all my miles have been logged so far. Initially, you have to log 50 miles before you are eligible to even qualify for a campaign, and I have hit that mark in three days time. I live in Orlando, close to downtown, which is one of the cities they operate in, so we will see if any campaigns come my way. Honestly I dont understand how people cant figure out how to run the app properly (just keep it open while you drive, and maybe click "Reload" every now and then). If and when I get a campaign, I will adjust the rating accordingly, and if I dont get one at all, then that will also be reflected in the rating. Only time will tell. For the morons that cant figure out the birthdate issue, just click the year first, then scroll to your birth year, then scroll through the months to your BDay.
