Shops share all the details technicians want to know before applying to a shop (i.e., compensation ranges for all levels, photos and videos of the service area and employees, and FAQs on work environment, career development, and hiring process, etc.).

- Explore Technician Pay - WrenchWay & ASE’s Technician Pay Comparison Tool allows technicians to search technician pay rates by location, industry, and years of experience.

- Participate on Shop Talk - Shop Talk is WrenchWay’s online community for professionals working in the automotive and diesel industries. Answer poll questions, interact with shops and other industry professionals, and see what schools are up to.

It's a great idea, but the app itself lags and freezes to a degree that makes it almost useless.

I don't think enough shops use this app to hire. There's always 4-5 shops the same ones too for months on there. Your best bet is probably use indeed
