As a driver user, this app needs improvements. When the ride request shows up on the screen, the distance to pick up a rider and the final destination drop off is too small for me, even using eye glasses. The rate that is offered is too small as well. It's hard to read, especially if you're driving in that moment. Yes, I know the app is new, but these improvements should be easy to do. Bigger fonts. Other than that, the app is very good and easy to use. I will change my rating once it's fixed.

This app needs A LOT of work. 1. The map is unreliable. You're not able to see where your driver is, nor are you able to track the ride to the destination. 2. The chat feature is broken. You can recieve messages from your driver, but not reply. 3. Connected to #1: The ETA feature is broken. When you're picked up, it tells you the ETA to the pickup point, not the destination. 2 stars because the drivers have been amazing, and the ride experience comparable to leading rideshares. App needs work!

UI is a bit buggy, sometimes have to close and re open the app to clear random issues. Also an important thing missing is it doesn't show when a driver is dropping off another rider on their way to pick you up. I thought my driver didn't realize he had a pickup because he was driving the wrong direction but I called and he was dropping someone else off. Ride prices are perfect though please keep ride prices as they are!!
