I was using this app for months with no problem, but the week of Thanksgiving, the app shut down and said it was undergoing maintenance. It's never worked since. It just says the same thing when I go to open it. I've tried looking up if this is an issue for anyone else and I can't find anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, force stopping, closing and reopening. Nothing works. I have uninstalled it for good now. I hate using the website version because it's realllllly slow.

Reviewed 3/14/26: I occasionally get a SOMETHING WENT WRONG error. It lags a lot - taking up to fourteen seconds to load a page - but I am glad it is up and running. Reviewed 1/17/26: Disappointing. It wasn't working during Thanksgiving nor Christmas. It is over three months waiting for an update to have this working again.

William Sonoma will give false delivery times and change the status to backorder after a purchase is made. Recently made a purchase that gave me a delivery estimate of March 11-13. Several days later I got an email that the item was backordered until AUGUST. The app is fine I guess, it's slow and gets hung up all the time.
