won't open app says need to update but phone is updated to most recent available Uninstaller 3x and reinstalled with no luck.

Not user friendly. Not working at all now. I have to sign in thru the website.

This is a piece of trash, website has items that are discontinued, and cannot add to registry. Why show them if they are not available? Tried to go instore and associate didn't know how to help me, opened the scanner and its blacked out, has been for days. This company is a waste of time for as much as they charge everything should run smoothly.
