MobileOS is the mobile application for sanitation field teams. It centralizes the consultation of service orders, the recording of what was done in each service call, and the sending of this information to the company's system.
With it, water and sewage technicians and operators have access on their cell phones to service orders (cuts, connections, water meter replacements, reconnections, and other types of service), location on the map, recording of materials and incidents, and collection of customer signatures. The focus is on allowing all fieldwork to be recorded and sent directly from the device, without depending on paper or subsequent typing in the office.
