About this app

The New Jersey Child Support Case Information application is the official child support mobile application for the State of New Jersey. It allows custodial parties and non-custodial parents to retrieve secure case information related to their child support cases. Users are only authorized to view a case to which they are a party and utilize a member ID and PIN to access the information. In this updated version of the app, non-custodial parents are able to make payments directly through the app using a Visa or Mastercard, as well as set up and manage monthly recurring payments. The app also includes case details, including: dependent information; obligations and arrears; payment history; schedule and enforcement details; genetic test results; and any intergovernmental case materials. Users are also able to find the closest child support office locations using Google Maps and geotargeting. This application gives the same information and access as the web-based Case Information portal https://caseinfo.njchildsupport.org.

Incredibly frustrating!! I have to close the app and reopen every time I wanna go to a new tab, and I can't get into any of the subsections on any if the tabs!! Update: I appreciate the developer's quick response in regard to the problems I'm having. I raised my review to 2 stars, and I will raise it again once the issues are fixed.

You should be able to scroll through the case views. We are working on a resolution for tapping the case section headers.

Very difficult to put correct Cartholder Date of Birth. You have to improve it. I have to scroll 45 years every time I try to make payment....can I set up recurring payments to automatically charge on weekly payments? Or only on monthly. I am obligated to pay every week

Hi there. We're sorry this has been an issue for you and will look into alternate ways of adding the Date of Birth. Setting up recurring payments to automatically charge on a specific day of the month would keep you from having to enter the DOB each time. But we will take another look at this. I don't know what update you did to the app but I can no longer Sign into. It keeps asking me to verify and after I verify the screen turns blank
