About this app

The New Jersey Child Support Case Information application is the official child support mobile application for the State of New Jersey. The app is a secure and convenient way for custodial parties and non-custodial parents to access the same information as the web-based Case Information portal anytime, anywhere. Users are only authorized to view cases in which they are a party.

In the app, users can view detailed case information, including dependent information, obligations and arrears, payment history, court schedules, enforcement actions, genetic test results, and intergovernmental case materials. The app also allows users to find the closest child support office using Google Maps and geolocation features.

Persons paying support can make payments directly through the app using a Visa or Mastercard and can set up and manage monthly recurring payments.

To access the app, log in using your Case Information portal (https://caseinfo.njchildsupport.gov) Member ID and password.

I have 2 case numbers. The app only allows me to view the info for my first case, but not my 2nd. I do like how I can navigate through the different sections of my first case, and it actually showed my second case, I hope I could do the same thing. The user guide also does not open, and the app freezes whenever I try going back to the home screen. I tried going to the support page on the app, which of course, doesn't open either. Only good thing is that I haven't come across any ads, yet.

1/28/26-My app doesn't load. It was fine 6 months ago. but every time I click on the app is closed immediately. I have to click on it a 2nd time then go to "open' at. this has been going on for a few months now.. this app needs serious work to do to work optimumly. it stays at 1 star for me.

none of my credentials are valid to use in this app all of a sudden 6/2026 and constant errors and timed out when trying to reset password or the already correct pin. When recreated and then attempt to sign in- those are also incorrect.
