I have 2 case numbers. The app only allows me to view the info for my first case, but not my 2nd. I do like how I can navigate through the different sections of my first case, and it actually showed my second case, I hope I could do the same thing. The user guide also does not open, and the app freezes whenever I try going back to the home screen. I tried going to the support page on the app, which of course, doesn't open either. Only good thing is that I haven't come across any ads, yet.

Incredibly frustrating!! I have to close the app and reopen every time I wanna go to a new tab, and I can't get into any of the subsections on any if the tabs!! Update: I appreciate the developer's quick response in regard to the problems I'm having. I raised my review to 2 stars, and I will raise it again once the issues are fixed.

You should be able to scroll through the case views. We are working on a resolution for tapping the case section headers.

the app is with all information that is in the website, the bad about this app is that you only get to view portrait mode, when view the screen it automatically cuts your information off the page at the bottom of the page. Its hard to scroll up to view any further information.. i rather just go to the original website. njchildsupport.
