Customer service is horrible! I've transferred £ into my Tetrad wallet and it's not delivered but taken out of my UK account. It's almost a week now and all they keep asking for is the payment reference and my bank evidence that it's been deducted from my account. I've sent both multiple times, dealing with 4 different staff and still no refund! I've got no response to my last chat which they asked me to send the same information again! This type of cowboy service should be reported to the FSA

This continuos update and always asking to be logged in is tedious. updates should not be a weekly thing please sort it. Today is 20th June and since my last review.I made a transfer to pay for electricity in Nigeria from the tetead app on the 7th May. Till today 10th June the payment was taken from my UK account, not paid into rhe electricity account still showing as pending and no refund to my UK account. Today after several emails I was told I will be refunded on Monday 22nd June.

Tetrad is one of the best international transfer apps that I have used. the rate with tetrad is always higher than the rest. It's also reliable and fast.
