I am unable update your app it's seems you have to be doing update every other week and as it affects one to open the app to send money please advise because I need to send money. Thank

The customer service is bad. They tend to respond anytime they wish, email and phone number provided are not working, sometimes they read the whatsapp messages and choose not to reply. I tried to send €20 but didn't add the reference number and they lied to me they never received the money when my bank has confirmed the transfer was intimidated successfully. Till now they're no longer responding to my messages on WhatsApp. Kindly refund my money

Stop using Tetrad. Their customer service is 0. The phone numbers doesn't work, hence you can't get to speak to anyone if there is an issue. WhatsApp chat, its takes forever to respond . live chat, one Josh there, and won't go further aside him introducing himself as Josh. advice, TETRAD close down if you won't be available to transact with people.
