Wish it displayed different colors for chat vs. phone in the scheduler, but other than that, the app works great and is very helpful especially if you can't get to a pc to schedule your hours or review your invoices. Recommend they offer a download invoice option in the app and a way to post questions on the vyne home page as well.

I try so hard to fix this issue the app is not recognizing my logins. I had reported the issue and I had also call the support team but its an automated system so that didn't help, I want this to be fixed so badly.

I am updating my review because the team at Working Solutions has gone ahead and fixed the problems with the login. Over the past few months they have gone to efforts to make the app much better and it is now acceptable. It's a good tool to have as a backup for working agents for scheduling especially in the case of a power failure. I am raising my review from one star to four Stars. It is not perfect yet but it is greatly improved. Thank you
