Ratings and reviews

The game play is excellent. It's everything else that's the problem. Online chat not helpful. Have to wait forever for an email response. Certain things on the app, i.e. challenges won't load. Gets a 3 because of positive game play experience or it would have been a 1. Customer service is seriously lacking.

Update: I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This app is 100% trash now.i previous gave 5 stars then 2 stars. The app has become garbage. The location verification boots u now about every 10 min. Just hope u don't have a good hand when this happens because it will be 5 min before u get back in. U have to completely close app and reload. I have been waiting for 5 days for withdrawal and am writing this while on hold for 2 hours and 37 min waiting for support. I'm deleting my account once I get $

This app has become horrible post update. The format and graphics have completely changed. I understand Noone likes change but this update seems to have been created and okayed by someone unfamiliar with how the ap before the update worked. Not user friendly at all.
