The game play is excellent. It's everything else that's the problem. Online chat not helpful. Have to wait forever for an email response. Certain things on the app, i.e. challenges won't load. Gets a 3 because of positive game play experience or it would have been a 1. Customer service is seriously lacking.

RIGGED!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PLAY!!!!not real poker. the statistical anomalies don't match up. I don't understand how they get away with this. The frequency of 4 of a kind hands and almost every board is an " action board" to incentivise action. Do not play here. Total scam. Once you cash out for a profit, you'll never see pocket aces again.

Won entry into $320 buy in/ $37,000 first place prize. Within minutes of the tournament starting, I was kicked for being "out of NJ" despite my location not changing for 2+ hours. After I was able to get back in hours later, I was blinded to 1/4 my starting stack. Lost track the amount of shady things that have happened in this app. Go to the casino or just flush your cash down the toilet. Clearly rigged, please dont donate your money to this corrupt company
