This was answered 11 years after I wrote it!!! Tried to look at bill history and it was completely blank. Payment history was there. It looks like it charges $2.25 extra to pay your bill thru the app. My bill amount said $0 so I have no idea why. This is only good for looking at outages. Only lists phone numbers for contact us, no email or way to get technical support. Not worth it to download.

We hear you — these were real pain points. Bill history, payments, and support access have all been improved in our Mar 14, 2026 update. You can also reach us at WebEmergency@wsscwater.com. The convenience fee is charged by our payment processor Kubra, not WSSC. Thank you!

Since I couldn't find any info on their website about the water main break in my neighborhood that they dispatched a truck to repair, I downloaded the app to see if the service alert section would have more info. Although there is a red dot next to "service alerts," both that and the "report a problem" items on the main menu screen do absolutely nothing when I tap them. Tried restarting app several times. Does anyone at wssc even maintain this app that hasn't gotten a single update in two years?

I used to use the app to pay my bill. Unforunately, for over a year now, i have not been able to do that. When i get to the portion where i need to choose a payment method, no payment option is available to click on. Nothing shows up in that area, its literally a small blank space. Since i have been unable to make my payment through the app, i have deleted it and just been making my payment through the website. Im not sure why this has happend, just one day i logged in and that was a issue.

Hi Andenisia, we sincerely apologize for this long-running issue. We're glad the website worked as a backup! The blank payment screen bug is fully fixed in our Mar 14, 2026 update. Please reinstall and update — payments should now work seamlessly in the app!
