I used to use the app to pay my bill. Unforunately, for over a year now, i have not been able to do that. When i get to the portion where i need to choose a payment method, no payment option is available to click on. Nothing shows up in that area, its literally a small blank space. Since i have been unable to make my payment through the app, i have deleted it and just been making my payment through the website. Im not sure why this has happend, just one day i logged in and that was a issue.

I like the app fine, but the efficiency it creates doesn't translate in overhead reduction. The account management fee on my last bill was $16.85 on $44.43 in direct charges for 1,000 gallons. If overhead was managed on activity based costing, it comes to 37.9%. That's ridiculous. Imagine the manpower this app saves WSSC.

It's worked for me in the past but not today. I get to the payment screen & it ask me to choose Payment Type. There are no choices. I called WSSC Customer Service. Tonya suggested I go to the Play Store to check for any updates for the WSSC App. There are no updates. I am discouraged.
