It was completely useless. It didn't link to Alexa. You cannot operate your AC with it.\n And then when it did link. Finally, it didn't work with Alex or it doesn't play nice and if you install it, make sure if you have a VPN to disable it or it wont-work well, you have to be able to put your Wi-Fi password into it and it won't show up unless you do And from model numbers because it's confusing with the most manual look on the side of your acit still didn't work well

Good luck figuring out the Wi-Fi. It's not a friendly way of setting the networking for this unit. Perhaps I should have bought something else. Good hardware but awfully a bad written software.

The app looks like it was designed by a kid in junior high. The interface could be much better. The temperature on the app only displays one digit. How can you set a temperature?
