WSW Workflow - Simple Task Tracking for Construction Workers

Manage your construction work assignments with photo documentation. Track time spent on each job and report completed work to your manager.

WHAT IS A TASK?

A task is a single job assignment - like "Install 5 windows on floor 2" or "Paint office walls". Each task is tracked separately with its own photos and time tracking.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. START TASK
• Open the app and tap green "START WORK" button
• Select your assigned construction site
• Describe what job you'll do (e.g., "Install windows on floor 2")
• Take BEFORE photo showing the work area before starting
• Tap "Start Task" - timer begins

2. WORK & DOCUMENT
• Complete your assigned task
• Optionally add progress updates with photos during work
• Each update documents what you've accomplished so far

3. FINISH TASK
• Tap red "END WORK" button when job is complete
• Describe what you accomplished
• Enter how many hours THIS TASK took (not total time on site)
• Take AFTER photo showing completed work
• Submit for manager approval

WHY PHOTOS?

Photos document the quality and progress of YOUR WORK:
• BEFORE photo: Shows work area before you started
• PROGRESS photos: Show work in progress (optional)
• AFTER photo: Shows your completed work

This protects both you and your employer by providing proof of work completed.

MULTIPLE TASKS PER DAY

You can complete several tasks in one day:
• Morning: "Lay bricks section A" (2 hours)
• Afternoon: "Install door frames building B" (3 hours)

Each task tracked separately with its own photos and time.
