Dish has taken off WTAP until they resolve pricing and other contract issues. this app is my sole weather forecast. thank you.

I just have one question. When I try to watch a report / weatjer bulletin below the main one on top, everything says "You are currently....". It can't mean I'm not hooked to internet / wifi because I'm navigating your App. An explanation is appreciated. Once it's fixed, I'll consider changing the rating.
