The app was great at first, but now only works sometimes. Very stressful when you don't know where your child is or if they will be picked up that day. I have had to drive my child a few times due to these issues. It has also shown my kiddo was dropped off at the wrong location a few times! feedback- this app is very helpful and user-friendly. 1 suggestion- if it had an alert when the bus was 1 mile and/or .5 away, we wouldn't have to sit staring at it for fear of missing it. 🙂

The app worked greatly at first, but for the past couple of weeks, almost a full month, the ETA was always inactive, and instead of saying the actual distance, it's constantly stuck on 4.3 miles away. I used in-app email support about 2 weeks ago, but still no changes. I might put in another one, but until then, I highly doubt the ETA and distance is going to be fixed.

Been using this app for 3 years. The app rarely works. Either it's set to the incorrect bus, eta doesn't work, the bus stop is set wrong, the route is wrong, or some other issue. When you message their email support to correct the issue you are having it takes weeks to fix, if ever. I actually just got a reply from them on 2 issues I was having that I submitted months ago. This morning, yet again, the eta isn't working. It said, "inactive, no eta, no busses information is available". So useless.
