The eta jumps randomly. I checked the app and the eta was "33 min", I checked it again 1 minute later and it said "8 min" than the eta changed again to "20 min" The notifications have a long delay. I'll get on or off the bus and receive a notification 10-15 minutes later. The bus's location on the map isn't always accurate. overall unreliable.

While I'm super thankful to have such an app available to me as a parent, I have experienced several issues with it. The GPS/Timing seems to be quite inaccurate - Every Single Day! I basically keep it on my phone to assure my kids have gotten on the bus after school. (Scan their ID cards and it alerts my phone. That feature in itself, makes this app worth having. Could definitely use a little improvement, but still appreciate having it.

I really want to like this app because it could be so helpful for parents who have bus riders, especially when you can't see the road from your house. But I have had so much trouble with my children being assigned to the wrong bus, and having my pick up/drop off location change 3 or 4 times when we haven't moved. At one point we were watching someone else's bus go in the opposite direction making it a useless app. Contacted admins and school several times with no help. Now we're locked out.🙃
