While I'm super thankful to have such an app available to me as a parent, I have experienced several issues with it. The GPS/Timing seems to be quite inaccurate - Every Single Day! I basically keep it on my phone to assure my kids have gotten on the bus after school. (Scan their ID cards and it alerts my phone. That feature in itself, makes this app worth having. Could definitely use a little improvement, but still appreciate having it.

This is a great idea, but only of it works. I have 5 kids across 2 schools. My elementary kids bus location is off. It will show 1 miles away, and 2 seconds later, it's pulling up. The most annoying part is that the afternoon route is wrong. My house is correct, but the route is wrong. I use in-app support email systems and no changes. Some of the worst support I have seen. It's been months, and still no changes. It's not just my phone or anything. Same thing on their mothers phone.

Terrible. Feels like a 7 year old designed it. Poor choice of font sizing and graphics. Bus won't show unless it's less than a mile away, at which time it's less than 3 minutes away. Improper capitalization or lack there of. Notifications don't work at all. Our districts old app service was way better. Only allowed 1 account per child! What do separated parents do? Aweful.
