I was asked to initially give 5 stars, to start a free trial. I guess that's the reason why the app has a good rating. Afterwards I bought a weekly subscription, later to find out that is almost useless. It doesn't show correct time. It starts showing online status with few minutes delay. The parallel comparing 2 numbers doesn't work at all. On top of that, there is no customer service contact. So, you're stuck with what it is, as it is. I won't extend my subscription for sure 👎

I have used paid version of this app from may month. It was working fine on may. I have paid for second time on June. After some days, it stopped to working. I have added three numbers from day 1 and now they are coming online but app do not show that. I am so much disappointed that after paying, it stopped to working. This is pathetic. Please fix this.

I have a monthly subscription of your playstore app called "Family Track-Online Status" valid till the 2nd of July, 2020 but the app stopped working today and is not tracking any of the three numbers. I also found that the app occasionally records the online and offline timings incorrectly. This is my first time using the paid version of your app and I've had a bad experience already. Please fix these issues if you would like me to rate this app positively.
