وكاد هي منصة وساطة رقمية للتمويل في المملكة العربية السعودية، تساعد المستخدمين على تقديم طلبات التمويل ومقارنة العروض المقدمة من البنوك وشركات التمويل المرخصة.

وكاد لا تقدم التمويل بشكل مباشر، ولا تعمل كمقرض، ولا تصدر عقود التمويل. جميع الموافقات التمويلية، والعقود، وجداول السداد، والرسوم، وحسابات النسبة السنوية، والالتزامات المالية يتم تحديدها وإدارتها مباشرة من قبل الجهة التمويلية المرخصة التي يختارها المستخدم.

من خلال وكاد يمكن للمستخدم:
- تقديم طلبات التمويل رقمياً
- استقبال عروض من شركاء تمويل مرخصين
- مقارنة مبلغ التمويل، مدة السداد، النسبة السنوية، الرسوم، القسط الشهري، وإجمالي مبلغ السداد
- اختيار العرض المناسب والمتابعة مع جهة التمويل
- رفع المستندات المطلوبة عند طلبها من جهة التمويل

WUKAD is a digital financing marketplace in Saudi Arabia that helps users submit financing requests and compare offers from licensed banks and financial institutions.

WUKAD does not provide loans directly, does not act as a lender, and does not issue financing. All financing approvals, contracts, repayment schedules, fees, APR calculations, and obligations are determined and managed directly by the licensed financial institution selected by the user.

Through WUKAD, users can:
- Submit financing requests digitally
- Receive offers from licensed financing partners
- Compare financing amount, repayment period, APR, fees, monthly installment, and total repayment amount
- Select a preferred offer and continue the process with the lender
- Upload supporting documents when requested by the lender

Personal financing disclosure:
Minimum repayment period: 6 months.
Maximum repayment period: 60 months.
Maximum APR may reach up to 44.95%, including applicable fees where required by law. Actual APR, fees, installments, and approval terms are determined by the selected licensed financing provider based on the customer profile, credit assessment, and applicable regulations.
WUKAD does not promote short-term personal loans requiring repayment in full within 60 days.

Representative example:
For a financing amount of SAR 100,000 over 48 months, with APR 5.2% and administrative fees of SAR 1,000, the estimated monthly installment is SAR 2,297. The estimated total profit is SAR 10,256 and the total repayment amount is SAR 110,256. Actual offers may vary based on lender evaluation, customer eligibility, credit profile, income, and applicable lender terms.

WUKAD operates as a digital brokerage platform connecting users with licensed financial institutions supervised by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). WUKAD’s role is to facilitate comparison and submission; final approval and financing terms are provided by the lender.

For account security and fraud prevention, WUKAD may use device, network, VPN/proxy, emulator/root, and location checks during registration or login. Location is used only for fraud prevention and account protection, not for advertising or continuous tracking.
