Wunder Service is the field-service platform for shared-mobility operators. Designed for technicians and supervisors managing scooters, e-bikes, mopeds, and cars in the field, every workflow from vehicle inspection to damage reporting fits in a single, fast native app.
LIVE FLEET MAP
See your entire fleet on an interactive map with real-time state overlays. Each marker shows service state, battery level, and rental status. Filter by operational category, battery level, or task type to surface exactly the vehicles that need attention right now.
SERVICE STATE MANAGEMENT
24 operational states across 5 categories: Functional, Service, Location, Problem, and Other. Change a vehicle's state with a single tap; your whole team sees the update instantly.
TASK MANAGEMENT
12 task categories cover the full service cycle: cleaning, battery swap, inspection, maintenance, relocation, and more. Create and complete work orders directly from the vehicle profile. The radar navigator surfaces the nearest open task by GPS so technicians always know where to go next.
DAMAGE REPORTING
Document defects with photos, severity classifications, and free-form notes. Reports sync to the platform immediately, feeding your maintenance workflows and compliance records.
OFFLINE BLUETOOTH ACCESS
Bluetooth let technicians lock and unlock vehicles without a network connection. Essential for underground garages, remote zones, and areas with poor coverage.
LOCATION KPI DASHBOARD
The home screen surfaces three critical metrics for your active depot: fleet availability %, average state of charge, and vehicles with open tasks, synced with your goDash operational dashboard.
