WHY USE THE WWG APP?

• Subscribe to Digital Delivery and receive weekly audio and video motivation, training, and education to help you grow your business and achieve your dreams. You can stream or download audio, add specific talks to your favorites, and even share audio with others!

• Get started with tips on how to propel your business forward. Input personal goals and dates for pin level achievements, get tips on how to show the plan, view the steps of Core, the Cardinal Rules, and Eagle and Double Eagle qualifications.

Ratings and reviews

I love the content itself and I love Worldwide as a company, but I absolutely HATE this app! The user interface leaves much to desire and is clunky and confusing. The worst part, however, is the ability to listen to audios, which is what I use this app for 95% of the time. My biggest gripe is that it hardly ever saves my spot correctly, and if it does, it saves the wrong spot. I waste SO much time relistening and searching for where I left off on audios. I waste even more time constantly going back to the BSM store and typing in the name of the audio I was just listening to and then searching for my spot again. Why oh why does it not save not only my spot but whatever the most recent audio it was that I listened to? I wish it functioned more like a kindle or even a spotify where you could create a playlist and there was a player. Would be nice to have the ability to create bookmarks and type notes as well. The books should also be separated on a separate book store and not mixed in with the audios. It would also be nice to have the ability to download content for offline listening such as for when you're on a plane.

The app could be improved by updating the coding to have drop-down menus, tabs, a more straight-forward return to previous page. Also when scrolling, a bar that stays on the top of the page for a search icon that can expand + back button + advance search options, etc. Maybe smaller font to max. page space + magnifyer. Other than that, while it's best described as clunk, it has a practical appealand serves its purpose.

Audios crash the app. Support has stated that it is designed for downloading and listening. I however don't have disposable space on my phone. So maybe I'll never finish an audio... The app itself is sluggish and many times does not respond to touch, so double taps happen all the time and have to back out to find what I'm looking for. I just wish support was more of a support.
