The idea behind Cup Manager was born at a hobby horse tournament in Walddorfhäslach.
This gave rise to the idea of digitizing everything possible.

1. The organizer can view all participants and check the data via the app
2. Discrepancies can be corrected
4. The final participant lists are available in the app at the start of the tournament
5. The registration office has a dedicated function for registering participants
and paying the fees. Only after registration are participants available for selection in the respective competition lists
6. The competition starts, and the participant results are entered directly into Cup Manager.
Cup Manager has a separate participant list for each competition. It displays which participants have already had their turn and which are still in the queue.
7. The test results list is continuously recalculated and is available immediately at the end of the test, so that the awards ceremony can take place immediately after review.
8. After the awards ceremony, the results are published and available via the participant app or website.
