That is how it works
Install our App and accept that it has access to a camera and microphone in your phone so that video meetings can be conducted.
Book a meeting with us.
You log in securely with your mobile BankID. Inside our app, you answer a number of questions about your medical condition and then book an appointment with us.
When it's time for a video conference, we will call you on your mobile phone. You do not need to have the app running, but the call will appear on your screen. During a digital doctor's visit, which can take place via chat or video, the doctor makes a diagnosis and chooses the appropriate treatment, just as with a physical doctor's visit.
What does it cost?
The cost for the video meeting is SEK 350 and SEK 150 with a referral or exemption card.
