About this app

How it works
To be able to conduct digital visits with us at Svedala Vårdcentral, you first need to install our app and give it access to the camera and microphone on your mobile phone. This allows us to conduct video meetings in a safe and smooth way. You also need to activate push notifications so you can see when we have responded.

Chat with us
You log in securely with Mobile BankID. In the app, you answer a few questions about your complaints. You can create a case at any time and our healthcare staff will respond to you as soon as we can, during our opening hours.

If necessary, you can be invited to a video meeting. When it is time for the video meeting, we will call you directly on your mobile. You do not need to open the app - the call will automatically appear on the screen. During a digital healthcare visit, via chat or video, the healthcare staff will make a medical assessment and initiate appropriate treatment, in the same way as during a physical visit to the healthcare centre.

Patient fee
Chatting with us is free of charge. The fee for a digital visit with video that replaces a physical visit is 200 SEK, just like a regular doctor or nurse visit. The visit is free of charge if you have a free card.
