About this app

To get started:
* Download the app either to your mobile or tablet.
* Allow the app to access video, speakers and notifications

To then be able to log into the app, you need to have Mobile BankID
In the app, you then get a number of choices where you can book an appointment for, for example, a video visit.
You may need to answer a few questions before the visit and depending on whether you have high cost cover or not pay with your credit card, otherwise the visit is free of charge.

When we book a digital visit with us, you will receive a notification about this in your phone
then you can log into the app and see when the visit is scheduled.

At the time of the meeting, we will call you, you don't have to sit and wait in the app.
