Ratings and reviews

Used to be better. It was an easy, reliable, no frills weather map with the important info quickly accessible. Now it takes forever to load, half the time the app doesn't update so I cant actually see the forecast, and it's filled with a bunch of info and articles i dont care about. A "lite" version that is closer to how it used to be would be nice.

The app itself seems to work and function properly on my device (pixel 3). That said, here's what really bugs me. 1. The audible weather alerts are over the top. I get hammered with "A new alert has arrived!!" Over and over again, for messages that can hardly be called an alert. I've attempted to shut these alerts off, and they kindly take the liberty of returning shortly thereafter. 2. "TORNADO WARNING. OPEN ME IMMEDIATELY IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!" *20 second ad.*

Forecast is less accurate then generic NOAA forecasts, get audio alerts several times a day alerting me to the fact that nothing is happening. Cannot find a way to turn these off. Makes me watch an add before I can even see what the alert was about. Seems the whole point of the alerts is just to get me to watch an ad.
