Ratings and reviews

The login portion of the app is a joke! Even though I tap on the remember me/remember this device button, it continually wants to send me to the screen where I have to enter a security code that is sent to me, but the screen will not allow me to type in numbers, and then it says wait 15 minutes and try again!!! Infuriating!

I can't view pictures of rooms. the app is designed for someone who knows what they are looking for. I can explore different locations, and I can see the general resort pictures. I can NOT see the pictures of various types of units available at each location without first picking a date. even then it will only display available units for that date, I can not see all room types. I want to see all pictures to better plan my trips.

Had to uninstall it for a second time. First time discovered it's missing credit charts and room descriptions on the resort pages. So I would go to the website on my cell phone but when I tried to look for the missing info, it threw me into the app. Literally no way to get info. Uninstalled. Facebook group people seem to like it so after recent update thought I'd try again. I went to book a reservation, has resort, dates and room selected, no button to continue. Couldn't book. Uninstalled.
