mostly functional. occasionally, I'll have two students message me at once, and the alert is gone when I open the app to look at the first one. also, multiple students have had messages not show up when they looked later, and I didn't receive them. it's not frequent, but it's nowhere close to as rare as it should be.

Like a prior reviewer said, most of the time now the app version struggles to load the messages screen, and I haven't received mobile notifications for chats in over a year. I shouldn't have to rely on the email app on my phone to get notified every time a student messages me, as that means I'll have to spend more time deleting those emails later. I tried whitelisting Wyzant on my VPN app (Mullvad), turning off my private DNS, and it still wasn't able to load the messages screen.

Notifications don't work and haven't for a very long time (maybe over a year?). When I receive an email notification of a new message and open the app to view and respond to it, the app often sits on the message screen forever trying and failing to load my messages. It's frustrating and borderline unusable, making it much more difficult for me to do my job.
