The motion allert is useless, it sends notifications without any motion or human activity(with any sensitivity settings). Also bring back the previous user interface with all the PTZ controls in one screen. Now you need way to many steps to control the camera. The app and camera became unsuitable for security usage.

Was working great the first 3 months, but it stopped storing videos. They no longer appear in the app in the Remote area. I've tried rebooting the system, reinstalling the app and contacting customer support. Still got nothing.

Hello, 1. Check whether the SD card can be read normally. 2. You can try to format the file or restart the camera to try.

Installed this camera app on Xiaomi 12. Found out the Alarm push notification only work while using the app, once you switch to other app, it won't notifying again. What's the point of the alarm push notification function then?

Hello, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the APP~~~ Under normal circumstances, the alarm push button is turned on. After the camera triggers an alarm, there will be an alarm push notification.
