About this app

PwdCrypter is an App built for simplify the password management.
The access to the passwods is done using a master password: one password for access to all the passwords you would like to register.
The application is able to connect to the browser by a specific extension, in order to make easy the login operation.

Features:
- access protection using a master password;
- search of the password in your list;
- copy in the clipboard by a designated button;
- set category and other additional information for the passwords;
- import and export of the list of password in the following formats: JSON, ZIP and LIST (proprietary file format of PwdCrypter);
- safe mechanism that force to retype the master password after a time of inactivity;
- link to the online manual and to the support module for send bugs and suggestions;
- extension for integrating PwdCrypter in your browser (for Chrome, Firefox and new Edge);
- Cloud feature;
- link attachments to your password.

From the version 2.2.0, the App is become open source!

N.B.: the extension has to be installed from the Chrome Store (also for the new Edge) or from the Firefox AddOns. Additionally, it is needed to install the software PwdCrypter Native Messaging Host.
