With the official PRO.FILE FLEX app you get easy and fast access to documents, parts, folders, tasks and projects of your PRO.FILE installation.
Search even large data sets at amazing speed easily and conveniently directly from your smartphone or tablet.
Use the note functions of the app to create mobile photos with your smartphone and upload them to PRO.FILE via the app.
With the document scan, you can save important contract documents in PRO.FILE on the go, which are immediately available to your colleagues.
You can also benefit from the structured way of working in PRO.FILE via the note functions: You save your notes directly in the PRO.FILE structures, for example in a project of your choice.
Please note: To use this app in your PRO.FILE environment, you need active PRO.FILE FLEX licences and an existing PRO.FILE installation.
