About this app

Vector Audits is a powerful app for retail inspections: create a task, assign a performer, and track the due date and status. Everything you need for a small team to collaborate is available on just a few screens, without any unnecessary settings.

Inspection Tracker

Inspections are organized into two tabs:
• "Assigned to Me" — tasks you need to perform;
• "I Created" — inspections you've assigned to colleagues.

The card displays the task being inspected, the address, the due date, the performer, and the current status. The list automatically updates as soon as a colleague accepts or completes the inspection.

Creating an Inspection

Specify the task being inspected, the store address, and the due date. Comments and performers are optional: you can start an inspection immediately and assign it later by tapping the card in the "I Created" tab. Until the performer is assigned, only you can see the inspection.

Statuses

Scheduled → In Progress → Completed The reviewer changes the status, while the author monitors the progress.

Team

Invite a colleague by email; they will see the invitation in the "Team" section and can accept or decline it. You can only assign reviews to people with whom you have confirmed the invitation. This section displays invitations to both you and the team. You can also send an invitation to someone who hasn't registered yet; the invitation will be waiting for you.
