Welcome to 720 Taxis booking App!
Through this app you can:
• Order a taxi
• Cancel a booking
• Track the vehicle on the map as it makes its way towards you!
• Receive real-time notifications of the status of your taxi
• Pay by cash or Debit and Credit Card

Ratings and reviews

The availability of drivers has improved, but now the drivers use an app on their phone for transactions, which only reads credit cards using the phone's NFC. This means there is no way to insert the card or a pin if the bank requires a random security check, and the transaction is declined. Fortunately some drivers still have their old equipment for back up when things go wrong, but this is a regular issue now with the app that the drivers are using.

The rating is for the app NOT the company. 720 is the goto taxi company for myself and my daughter so it made sense to try the app. Sometimes it's easier to call them but I do use the app occasionally and the only thing I would like to see is the ability to change a booking, change the time for example, rather than having to delete a booking the making another booking.

I'm very disappointed that 720 no longer except Direct Debit cards for paying via the app as many people do not use Credit cards! Also as a result there is no receipt for proof of purchase/use for accounting purposes!
