About this app

A full featured construction logistics app primarily servicing the horizontal construction industry (paving, grading, utility, etc).

XBE coordinates the work of contractors, truckers, material suppliers, and property owners -- both in the field and at the office.

Features include production planning and scheduling, lineup and dispatch, tendering and assignment, arrival management, production monitoring and management, time card management, driver shift location tracking, equipment driver location tracking, invoicing and payment generation, and reporting and analysis.

The XBE app is used to support all types of XBE solutions including brokerage, transportation management, and supply chain optimization.

Note: Background Location Tracking Permission
This app collects location data from drivers and crew member during active shifts even when the app is closed or not in use. The data is used to locate jobs, calculate movement, assist with routing, and measure productivity.

I work in the asphalt world. The driver can not change jobs but has to go through the office. If I'm on the job but the forman tells me to go on stock the office usually doesn't know. Once at the quarry my destination might change or a stock I'm hauling might change. And that might happen on every delivery. There's no way the office can keep up with the changes with 50 trucks doing this.

This app could use some improvement. First, the app should remember your email or phone. Drivers shouldn't have to enter that every time we get a message. Secondly, when the app sends us a text message requiring us to open the app, send a login code at the same time. It's stupid to send us a message, require us to then tell the app our email or phone, then wait for reply and then enter the code. Way too many unnecessary steps. We're drivers. We're probably driving. Less texting is better.

Driver gets way to many messages. No need for all the massages cant use phone while driving not gonna stop every time it sends a message. Gps tracking needs work dont always track you.The production part makes no sense most of the time. You can be first to leave first to get back still says low productivity needs work. App just needs some tweaking getting better longer we use it though.
