ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT PAY FOR THIS. I wanted to try the bike because it looked fun, I downloaded application and I filled up the balance (you can't link the card directly), I paid 20 GEL. I unlocked the bike and yeah it really unlocked, it had some noise BUT gas thing wasn't working. after I tried everything I turned it off and tried to contact support to get refund but only way to contact them is via WhatsApp, but WhatsApp was saying their number is invalid. I want my refund man.

SCAM. You can only top up at least 10 laris. After 1st ride I had 7 lari left. they had option to refund it because whenever I tried bikes were either not charged nearby or did not unlock at all. Refund never arrived and when I tried to contact support WhatsApp number that they have in the app is not even a real number

the bikes are great but this app is pretty stupid. why do I have to pay at least 10 lari just to ride once for 1/ minutes. after one ride the other 7 lari is unusable. the app glitches and if I want to ride again I have to pay another 10. I eventually only ride over a day then have to refund the money. please fix this problem. If we pay 10 lari in the wallter let us at least use the 10 lari fully. instead of making us pay again. what a stupid thing this is
