This application was created to provide citizens and visitors of the holy city of Karbala with an open communication channel with various government agencies in the province, allowing them to voice their concerns to all government departments.
The application enables users to submit their requests, complaints, and feedback on government services provided in the city, categorized by government sector, and send them to the relevant department. These submissions can be supported with images, audio, video, and geographic location, and users can receive responses and comments on their requests and track their status.
