About this app

Xaxnuc NoId connects residents of your gated community or condominium with the security booth. Authorizing a visit, checking if a package has arrived, reserving the event hall, or reporting a burnt-out light bulb no longer requires a phone call or a trip to the entrance: it can all be done from your phone.

FOR RESIDENTS

• QR codes for visitors. Generate an access code with the date, time, and number of permitted uses. Share it with your guest and enter the gatehouse without any paperwork.

• Packages. Check deliveries received in your name, review the photo or video taken by the guard, and coordinate the delivery with them directly through the chat.

• Common areas. Check the availability of the grill, pool, or event hall, see which times are already booked, and make your reservation.

• Tickets. Report incidents within the community by type and track their resolution.

• Messages with the security booth. Direct chat with the guards on duty, with photo and video sharing.

• Panic button. Sends an immediate alert to security personnel along with your location. If it was a mistake, cancel it with a long press.

• Calls. View the call history between your home and the guardhouse for the last 14 days, including date, duration, status, and recording when available.

• Account statement. Review charges, balances, and due dates, with color-coded indicators for status and notifications of overdue documents.

FOR SECURITY PERSONNEL

Guards have their own dedicated view: QR code scanning to register visitor entry, package registration with photographic evidence, messaging with residents, and real-time panic alert response.

CONFIGURABLE FOR EACH CONDOMINIUM

Management decides which modules are available and enables or disables them from the web panel, without needing to update the application. Each residence only sees the services enabled by its management.

AVAILABLE IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH

The app uses your phone's language.

ACCESS

Xaxnuc NoId is a private-use app. To access it, you need the credentials provided by your community's management; there is no public registration.

PERMISSIONS USED

• Camera: Scan QR codes and attach photos or videos to packages and reports.

• Location: Sended only when the panic button is activated, so that security personnel can locate you. The app does not track your location in the background.

• Notifications: Package notifications, messages, and security alerts.

Xaxnuc NoId is part of the Xaxnuc platform for managing condominiums and residential communities.
