MimamobiX is a business application that stores and manages information acquired from IoT devices installed in multiple industrial vehicles, such as garbage collection trucks, in the cloud, allowing users to visualize and check their operating status on their smartphones.
By storing and analyzing vehicle operating status and work history in the cloud, users can not only visualize work records but also check inspection and maintenance items according to operation, contributing to improved on-site efficiency and operational transparency.

Key functions and features are as follows:
1. Vehicle Management Dashboard
Data acquired from IoT devices is stored in the cloud, allowing operators to use their smartphones to view a list of their company's vehicles and each vehicle's cumulative mileage, cumulative operating hours, cumulative loading and unloading counts, last inspection date, next inspection date, and next inspection items at any time.
Being able to check the vehicle's status in real time, even from a distance, enables appropriate maintenance planning and cost management.

② Viewing Detailed Information
The status of multiple vehicles stored in the cloud can be viewed using a smartphone app, including each vehicle's serial number, body type, and current vehicle status (normal/inspection required/failure predicted).
Early detection of abnormalities and inspection deadlines for each vehicle supports safe and reliable operation management.

③ Viewing Work History
Current and past work routes and work videos can be viewed using the smartphone app.
This increases work transparency and can be used to track the cause of problems and analyze them for operational improvement.

④ Sharing Areas of Responsibility and Substitution
By referencing past work routes stored in the cloud, other staff can smoothly take over work even when the primary worker is absent.
Work routes and collection locations are clearly identified based on the map displayed in the smartphone app, ensuring business continuity and efficiency.

⑤ Flexible User Permission Management
Permission management within the smartphone app ensures data access security. Furthermore, administrators can register, change, and delete employees.
This allows for quick response to organizational changes and personnel allocation changes.
