About this app

PharmaX is the field-sales application for pharmaceutical sales representatives. Accounts are created and managed by your organisation's administrator; the app cannot be used without one.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Browse the product catalogue assigned to your team, with search, category and dosage-form filters
• Select a customer from the accounts assigned to you and see their addresses, payment terms and credit position
• Build an order with per-line discounts, free goods and promotions
• Submit orders into your organisation's approval workflow and follow their progress through each stage
• Download and share invoices
• Review your sales performance, top products and customer coverage

WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION

Download your catalogue once and PharmaX keeps working out of coverage. You can browse products, build a cart and submit an order while offline; queued orders are sent automatically as soon as you have a connection again, and appear under Orders until they do.

SECURITY

Sign in with your fingerprint or face. Sessions end automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.

PharmaX requires an account provided by your employer.

Push notifications for approvals and order updates.
Approve, reject and delegate orders from the app.
Finance, AR, warehouse, delivery and invoicing staff can now sign in and
action orders from their phone.
Managers can place orders on behalf of the reps who report to them.
