it's actually great app with a very good interface but customer care service is extremely poor and more so the transaction limit keeps showing limit exceeded with just less than 38k spent so far why? I think there's an error in the system.

My brother has had issues with this app while trying to make a transaction and forgot his pin and the account has been blocked and unable to access his fund. This is not good and he's unable to contact anyone even via email. My account was also closed for and didn't give me back my find, it's a very unprofessional kind of system

A lot of room for improvement!!! Setting up the app was relatively easy. However, customer support needs to be proactive - no response is ever given to email sent to them. They should also explore probably allowing use of a chatting platform for support issues resolution. I can't link any of my accounts for easy Wallet funding. This is second day running I've sent money to the collection account for funding - no fund in my Wallet and no support acknowledgement of receipt.
