About this app

Baunario makes construction documentation as easy as taking a photo with a voice note.

You photograph the defect, briefly explain the issue—the AI ​​does the rest. Trade, severity, description, deadline: everything is filled in. You say "OK" or make corrections by voice. No typing, no forms.

Defect reports are generated as PDFs and sent directly to the responsible tradesperson via email. They open a link in their browser, see the defect with the photo, and reply there—no app, no login required.

In the evening, you tap "Create Daily Report." Baunario uses all the photos, defects, weather data, and your notes to create a complete daily construction report compliant with HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers)—in 60 seconds instead of 90 minutes.
