Ratings and reviews

Don't waste your time trying to install the app. I tried, it it failed to run with a connection to network error. Maybe that's good because it required to register with company server, which I find totally unnecessary because the lock is a bluetooth device so you cannot check the status of the lock, lock it or unlock it when you are far away anyhow.

This is the worst thing I've ever used, EVER! I think the app update here is saying that Bluetooth only works with one model# (Not mine). I hope not cause I've been wasting my time for over 2hours trying to figure this out and I'm still not able to connect bluetooth wise... I DON'T WANT THE LOCK IF THATS THE CASE SO I WILL BE SENDING IT BACK! I SHOULDA KNOW BETTER WITH THE TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

Works as intended, only one gripe; after a recent update my list of e key users does not show. So I'm unable to remove any users e keys. I've emailed the feedback email linked within the app almost a week ago and still have not gotten an acknowledgement even. Other than that I do enjoy the product and have purchased another that does not use Bluetooth. Only permission it asked for was location while using the app which makes sense.
