This app is compatible with TickTalk 5, TickTalk 4, and TickTalk 3. The TickTalk 5 is the latest model with a sharper look, enhanced safety, and a closer connection that appeals to both kids and parents.

Ratings and reviews

Improvements are needed. Why reminders don't have an hourly option? I'd like to be able to set the same reminder every "X" hours. Also, why the only recurring option for DND is once on a specific day? You can't even set a DND like "every day", you have set one for each day. It is weird that the recurring options are so different for DND and reminders. Lastly, please make DND more customizable. For example, important reminders should still work over DND.

Videos are stuck on the watch and can't be transferred. The only way to get pictures off the watch is to text them to someone. This process takes forever. My kid takes tons of pictures and videos as you would expect when she has a camera strapped to her wrist. We have no way to save those. There really needs to be a way to export them or send in bulk. My daughter sometimes wants to print the pictures or just know that when she's taking them, she'll be able to have them forever.

Update: They fixed the app. We'll see how it goes from here. Back to 5 stars for now. Prior Update: The app won't let me log in, says it's a server error. I delete the app, reinstall and it says my password is incorrect. I send a password reset request and every time I use the new reset code (within seconds of receiving it), it says the code has expired. It's been doing this for the past 24 hours.
