Location availability and accuracy depend on connectivity and surrounding conditions.

Ratings and reviews

The location data is horribly wrong. I'm not talking just a little bit off. The location is off by MILES often, and I live in an area with Wi-Fi and mobile everywhere, so it shouldn't have such incorrect location data if the claims from the company are accurate. If you're hoping to use this to keep track of where your kid is, you're more likely to get panicked by incorrect location information than get an accurate result.

Works well for what I need it to do. kiddo calls or texts when he leaves school and arrives at his after-school location. Nice to have when he's outside playing in the neighborhood and I need him to come home. GPS is only roughly accurate, so don't expect any location alerts to be precise. I've tried several family apps and GPS has always been vague and approximate at best, so I wasn't counting on this one being great. Happy with the watch overall.

This has been one of the best investments I have made for my children! I had tried cell phones before but they never replied or answered the calls because it was in thir backpacks. These watches changed that, we are in constant contact and have even gotten closer because of them. The GPS works great, texts come through even when I'm not logged in the app, calls always come through. I couldn't be happier. It was in beta a while ago but everything seems to be working perfectly.
