While I do like the privacy and parental features, it often gets disconnected to the servers so if my daughter texts me, I won't see it unless I go into the app and manually check to see if she has sent me anything. Also, I can no longer access my albums to send her pictures, or set a picture for a contact. It says the app doesn't support the latest update.

Down to 1 star as the product team is not responsive. The app is slow and periodically stops sending notifications even though is allowed to run all the time and never sleep. I have to remember to open it every hour to see if there are any new messages from my kids. Also the watch doesn't support SMS from allowed contacts and they disguise it as a security feature to force the use of their app. At least phone calls work.

This app is not great and has a lot of bugs. Always says "Oops. Successfully completed." which is confusing--can't tell if it worked or not half the time. You can't enter a phone number into contacts without a photo. You can't text or video chat yet. Hopefully they resolve these issues soon. The overall idea is good. I like the firewall idea (no callers except those in contact list).
